The Map is a focused planning engagement for film, TV, and theater professionals whose financial lives have suddenly gotten more complex. We organize the moving pieces, model the tradeoffs, and hand you a clear framework for deciding what comes next.

This is you if: the money just got real, the income is lumpy, the questions have outgrown a spreadsheet — and you want the whole thing built into one plan you actually understand.

The Map unfolds across five phases over three months:

1) Get Organized — We gather and make sense of your full financial picture: income, spending, debt, savings, taxes, insurance. Everything on the table before anything gets built.

2) Vision — Before a single number gets crunched, we align your values, creative goals, and life priorities with your financial path. Your plan should support the life you're building, not fight it.

3) Plan Draft — I bring you a working draft. We review it together, pressure-test it, and refine it to match your reality. Depending on your goals, it may include:

  • Investment and savings strategy

  • Cash-flow and irregular-income modeling

  • Tax strategy and coordination

  • Insurance and risk review

  • Retirement and long-term planning

  • Business and self-employment planning

  • Loan-out, residual, and profit-participation planning

4) Plan Delivery — You leave with a clear, actionable blueprint built specifically for you, delivered through your own RightCapital portal. I walk you through all of it so the plan stays a living document.

5) Your Call — One dedicated 60-minute session on the topic of your choice. Anything you want to go deeper on before we close out.

Upon completing The Map, you may apply to continue onto The Road, an ongoing planning relationship.

After The Map: Mile Markers

$1,500/year

A yearly tune-up for Map alumni.

Not everyone needs a full year-round partnership. Mile Markers keeps your plan current without the full engagement: a yearly refresh of your RightCapital plan, one dedicated check-in, and a written summary of what changed and what to do about it.

This is you if: you've completed The Map, you're comfortable executing on your own, and you just want one expert checkpoint a year to make sure you haven't drifted off course.
