Three levels, set by complexity
Essential
$7,500/year
This is you if: your financial life is pretty straightforward, but you've got enough going on that you'd rather hand it off. Your income may come in waves — like it does for many we work with — there's just not much structure built around it yet. Clients here tend to file in one state, are early in their investing, or don't have too many accounts to juggle. There is complexity but it’s not overwhelming — you want someone in your corner so the foundation gets built properly and nothing slips through the cracks. You get access to the full suite of services, but your life doesn’t need them all yet.
Elevated
$11,000/year
This is you if: You've got more money moving and more accounts to make the most of. Clients here tend to run a loan-out or S-corp, file in more than one state, and carry residuals or backend points — which opens up bigger moves: layering retirement accounts beyond a basic plan, smarter tax strategy across the entity, and investments spread across more accounts that all have to work together. There's usually a CPA and an attorney in the picture too, and a lot of the value is keeping everyone on the same page. It's the full suite of services, with more of it working at once.
Executive
$15,000/year
This is you if: you’re effectively a family office. Clients here tend to have multiple entities, significant equity compensation or concentrated positions to manage and unwind carefully, advanced trust, gifting, and estate work, and a full team — CPA, attorney, business manager — that someone has to quarterback year-round. A lot of what you're paying for is one person steering the whole operation, so it all moves as a single plan instead of a pile of separate parts. Given the depth of the work involved, availability is limited.

A Year on The Road
Since your fee scales with complexity, your plan may include:
Your portfolio, managed — built and run for you, with tax-smart placement across your accounts. Included in the flat fee, no separate AUM charge
Investing & your accounts — which accounts to use and how to invest them: Roth vs. traditional, 401(k), solo 401(k), brokerage
Tax planning, all year — quarterly estimates, withholding, Roth strategy, and CPA coordination at the moments that count
Cash flow for lumpy income — a system that pays you a steady "paycheck" from irregular work, run on tools like Monarch, with a between-gigs plan
The everyday wins — credit card strategy, employee and union benefits, health insurance planning, medicare and social security strategy
Retirement & union benefits — the right self-employed or loan-out plan funded against uneven income, plus SAG-AFTRA, WGA, DGA, or AFM benefits coordinated and a clear answer to the real question: are you building enough, and when can you stop?
College & debt — education funding and a smart payoff plan,
Insurance & estate — reviewed and right-sized, advice-only, no commissions
Giving — charitable strategy, donor-advised funds, gifting to family
The big decisions as they come — buy vs. rent, loan-out timing, windfalls, equity comp, backend points
Getting it all organized — one clear picture of where everything is and what it's doing, so nothing slips
Me, all year — the questions and decisions as they come up, plus scheduled reviews
