The Runway

$3,000

Cash-Flow Coaching
Build a runway that carries you from one gig to the next.

Irregular income breaks standard budgeting — a great month hides a lean one, and a dry stretch can turn into chaos.

The Runway is an engagement focused solely on building great money habits to help you manage your variable income and finally build lasting financial stability.

This is you if: you earn well in waves, you've tried budgeting and it never sticks, and you want the system and the support to finally run it — without committing to full financial planning.

The build unfolds across about five sessions three months:

Start with where you're going — before we touch a number, we go deep on your goals and your vision: the life and career you're actually building toward. A budget without a destination never sticks, so this comes first, and everything else hangs off it.

Map your income and give every dollar a job — what actually comes in and goes out across an uneven year, built on zero-based budgeting so every dollar is assigned on purpose and nothing quietly leaks.

Build the reserve structure — holding accounts that pay you a steady "paycheck" from irregular work, plus a separate tax reserve so the bill never ambushes you.

Set it up in the right app — we run your system on a budgeting and cash-flow app matched to how you actually operate: Monarch Money, Lunch Money, or YNAB, depending on your needs.

Set your runway and between-gigs protocol — how many months you hold, and exactly what happens when the work dries up, so a slow stretch isn't a crisis.

The behavior, not just the spreadsheet — the habits and patterns that have undone every budget before this one. This is where a system becomes one you'll actually keep.

Start the Runway

Every engagement starts with a complimentary intro call to make sure it's the right fit.
The Runway is financial coaching, not a comprehensive financial plan, and will not include investment analysis. Installment options available.

The Tune-Up

$450/month

Optional ongoing support, month to month.

Some people install the system and run it solo. Others want a hand on it while the habit is still forming — a monthly check-in and support between sessions, focused on staying on the system and not backsliding when a big check or a dry month tries to blow it up.

This is you if: the system is built, but you want accountability while it becomes second nature.

The Tune-Up is financial coaching, not a comprehensive financial plan, and will not include investment analysis.
